Hello!!
I have decided to make this a more personal blog. Here, I will be posting my  poems, writing, drawings, paintings, photographs, and videos! A place for me to share my creations, knowledge and wisdom, and re-inspire myself in the process. For me, I feel the need to produce more than I am consuming, so why not start now?

To lift and hold the sun in such grace,

And the openness to express that life is great.

I went to Coachella for the first time this past weekend. I never had an interest in going; it definitely wasn't a festival that I even thought about putting on my list of "have to's". 

Haylee, a friend from high school, made facebook post the day of the event that she had a ticket she was willing to give away to anyone who wanted to go...or could go for that matter.

I was the chosen one, well, seeing as my amount of responsibilities is nonexistent, the choice was easy.

I was blown away. Good job Coachella! It was actually a really pleasant experience. I made tons of new friends who are down right brothers and sisters, and saw extremely talented people show off their gifts to the world. Oh, and the speakers were the biggest I have ever seen, and the clearest I have ever heard, and all over the place. No matter where you stood, you had could hear music loud and clear (unless of course you happen to be standing in the few places the sound jumbles from multiple stages).

I was most excited to see Dub FX and Flower Fairy share their pieces of art. My eyes billowed with tears as I watch the couple perform. So in love they are, I can feel it 15 feet away.

Will I ever go back? Who knows.

Although, now, I am wishing I took photos of this event. 

Hm. Why not start now? (;
